What To Have Ready When You Call
- Your location — a postcode, road name, nearest junction or a nearby landmark.
- Your tyre size — printed on the tyre sidewall, for example 205/55 R16. If you can't read it safely, your registration helps.
- Your locking wheel nut key — many cars have one locking nut per wheel. It's usually in the glovebox, boot or spare wheel well.
- What happened — a slow leak, a sudden bang, visible damage? This helps us bring the right tyre.
